Bulldog, a large figurine by V Drachinskaya, Lomonosovo Porcelain Factory (LFZ), 1960s.
Stands 8 ½" tall, 5 ¾" x 4" at the base. Rather massive, weighs close to 2 lbs. The model was made by sculptor V.S. Drachinskaya in the 1950s but this statuette was cast in the 1960s as evidenced by the maker's mark on the bottom. This particular iteration of the LFZ logo was in use in 1960s (fig. #489 in Volume One of Marks on Soviet Porcelain, Faience, and Majolica, 1917-1991 by Nasonova et al.). The red "B/C" next to it is the QC mark indicating top quality grading.

In very good to excellent condition. There is a small scratch and a number of microscopic contact points at the dog's left shoulder blade and further down the back. The scratch is not too detractive while the smaller contact points are hard to see at all. Apart from those, there is no post-production damage of any kind.
