Flag of a Naval Squadron or Flotilla Commander, in wool bunting, dated 1989.

Measures 38" x 25.5". Features a red field with two white stars, and a regular naval ensign in the upper left corner. The canvas hoist sleeve has stamped GOST-73 manufacturing code, round quality control mark, Vladimirskaya factory name, designation "Flotilla Commander", and a 1989 date of manufacture.

In very good condition. The colors are strong. There is a single small moth bite to the beige field near the star which is not too noticeable, no other moth damage. The flag is free of active moth problems. Clean overall with a single small smudge to the red field on the far
