As is usually the case, there is no manufacturer's label (these were individually tailored, typically in small workshops), but judging by the date "90" on the underside of the larger buttons, the uniform was made at some point in the early 90s, either just before the collapse of the USSR or soon thereafter.

The tunic is in XL size, The chest measures approximately 48", the sleeves (from cuff to shoulder seam) measure 26", and length from top of collar to bottom hem 31".

Trousers are in matching black wool with wide sky-blue stripes. The XL size matches the tunic, approximately 40" long, waist about 38.5", inseam about 31". Excellent, near mint condition throughout, appears to have never been worn. Neither the tunic nor pants show any mothing, which is very uncommon for Soviet uniforms made of wool. Both the exterior and liner are immaculately clean. A uniform of a high-ranking (2 star) Soviet naval aviation general is a rare find, especially in such perfect condition.
