Overall, in very good condition. The cover shows a small separation at the bottom along the fold, not reaching the binding staples which are both tight and just a little rusted. The paper is still quite supple, uniformly and lightly age-toned. The text and graphics are bright and clear.

This issue's focus is tri-fold: (1) raising funds for the state by a variety of means, from sales of badges to lottery; (2) achievements of the fledgling Soviet aviation, and (3) Soviet women.
Being an organ of the executive branch of the Soviet government, the magazine's main focus is on the day-to-day life and achievements of Soviet industry and agriculture, and propaganda of the heroic efforts of workers and peasants to increase their output. There is a high number of advertisements on the inside of the cover, underscoring normality of the day-to-day life of the Soviet people.
