Engineering Institute (higher level college) graduate badge, circa 1960s.
Brass, enamels; 46.8 x 25.7 mm. This version of the badge features both the state emblem and the engineering emblem of crossed hammer & wrench attached by rivets (as opposed to wires). Unlike the other version of the brass badge, there is no mint mark on the reverse. Note also the slightly more convex shape of the badge.
In excellent condition. The screw post is full length and includes original screw plate with the Leningrad Mint logo.
