Aluminum, paint, lacquer; the medallion measures approx. 53 mm in height (including the eyelet), 39 mm wide. The inscription reads "Guards Vitebsk Rifle Division 1941-1945," as well as the city names "Mikhailov, Don, Molodechno, Alitus, and Koenigsberg." The suspension depicts Victory Over Germany medal ribbon, and the base shows ribbons of unit's Orders of Lenin, Red Banner, and Suvorov. There is a maker mark on the reverse of the suspension. The badge is in excellent condition.
