The reverse shows trademark of the Poltava Dinamo Experimental Factory of the Ukrainian Chapter of the Dinamo Society (Sports Club of Soviet Law Enforcement.) Larger and nicer quality than most other contemporary commemorative badges. Excellent condition.
Judging by the manufacturer, the badge was probably awarded exclusively to criminal investigations officers in Soviet Ukraine. This award is far less common than the medal-like badge and several others issued for the same occasion. Interestingly, it does not appear
