The size is continental standard 6" x 4", postally unused and unmarked; published by IZOGIZ, the State Visual Arts Publishing House, circulation 15,000, extremely small by Soviet standards. The name of the artist, V. Shvarts, is printed in the lower left-hand corner on the verso. The artwork is an offset print off his 1865 oil-on-cardboard painting on exhibit in the State Russian Museum in St. Petersburg.

In excellent condition, showing only minuscule bumps to the edges and corners, barely noticeable.
