The size is 6 ¼" x 4 ½", published by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, circulation unknown. The artwork in the left obverse panel depicts an artist's rendition of the liftoff of the Soyuz spacecraft. The lettering to the left of the graphic reads "Experimental flight of the Soyuz and Apollo spacecraft."
In excellent condition, just microscopic corner bumps.
The historic Apollo-Soyuz space flight, or Test Project, as it was sometimes officially termed, occurred in July 1975, making the first international space flight. Both spacecraft launched

Both spacecraft launched on July 15, 1975, with the Soyuz 19 carrying a Soviet crew and the Apollo carrying an American crew, docking in orbit on July 17, 1975.
