Badge of a Graduate of the Narva Politekhnikum (Technical College), Estonian SSR, circa 1980s.

Gilded brass, enamels; measures 21.9 mm wide. The name of the college is inscribed along the edge in Russian and Latvian. The segmented artwork in the center symbolizes various areas of technical skills taught in the school. A very well-made and attractive piece in excellent condition.
