Award Document for the Medal in Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of Soviet Police, issued on 5 May 1968 to Police Sergeant Vladimir Svistun (Владимир Ливкович Свистун), Dnepropetrovsk Police Department.

The document is hand-signed by the Chief of the Department of Protecting Public Order of the Executive Committee of the Dnepropetrovsk Region (now known as Dnipro, Ukraine.) There is an ink stamp of the department, lightly stamped and largely illegible.

The document is in very good to excellent condition. There are a couple of minor finger prints on the cover, while the internal pages are perfectly clean. There are no tears or significant wear of any kind.
