In wool bunting. The flag consists of a navy-blue field with a regular Soviet naval ensign in the upper left corner. Small size, 19" x 11 ½", appropriate for a launch, cutter or other small craft. Shows a 1990 date of manufacture on the hoist sleeve.

Excellent, near mint condition. The flag is perfectly clean and has none of the moth damage typical of the Soviet-era items made of wool. The colors are strong. The small size of this flag makes it convenient for a collector's display where space is limited.
