The medallion is in silver gilt and enamels; measures 46.9 mm in height incl. eyelet, 40.7 mm wide; weighs 35.3 g not including the suspension and connecting link.
Excellent, near mint condition. The enamel is pristine and shows no wear visible even under a 10x magnification. The raised details of the artwork are likewise pristine. The gilt finish on the lettering and ears of wheat is nicely preserved. There is a very attractive patina to silver on both sides.
The order comes on original suspension, a two-layer model in aluminum, with immaculately clean old ribbon.

The Oder Booklet, Series I #864006, was filled-out on 16 April 1981, the same day as the official award decree bestowing the decoration. The document shows no other awards beside the Labor Glory 3rd cl.
The booklet is in excellent condition. The cover is slightly warped and has minor indentation at the top, otherwise pristine with a perfectly preserved and bright gold inscription and state seal. The internal pages are perfectly clean and crisp.
Overall, a superb Labor Glory set.
