The size is standard 3 ½" x 5 ½", postally unused and unmarked, published by E. I. Fesenko Publishing House, Odessa. This is an informational postcard, possibly one of a set or series about the four new dreadnoughts of the Russian Imperial Navy, built recently or in the process of being constructed. The obverse features b/w photo of the battleship, diagrams, and the main specifications. Interestingly, the verso has space for an address and postal stamp but no room for an inscription.
