Souvenir Badge in Commemoration of the 60th Anniversary of the USSR, issued in Tallin, the Capital of Estonian SSR, 1982.

Aluminum, paint; 35.5 x 28.5 mm. The reverse shows the raised logo of the manufacturer and a state-mandated retail price of 20 kopeks - the latter indicated that the pin could be purchased in a Soyuzpechat kiosk or souvenir stand. The badge was intended to commemorate the celebrations hat took part in the capital of Soviet Estonia and was likely sold only locally.

Excellent condition.
