Badge of a Best Employee of the Soyuzpechat (USSR Periodicals Distribution Agency), circa 1970s-80s.

Aluminum, paint, lacquer; 27.7 x 18.6 mm. The inscription is "Best Professional, Soyuzpechat". The reverse shows the logo of the Poltava Dinamo Factory, Ukrainian SSR.

Excellent condition.
