M 1932 Army Officer Leather Belt with two-claw steel frame buckle, circa early 1940s.
Overall length 44"; should comfortably fit up to a size 38 waist when expanded to maximum length allowed by the existing pairs of adjustment holes, but it can be adjusted to fit almost any smaller size. No maker marks. The buckle is in steel with protective nickel plating.
In very good condition. The leather shows a moderate wear and light scuffs from normal use, but remains sound, soft and attractive. There are no tears or stains. The nickel plating on the buckle is well preserved, having some tarnish but no underlying rust or pitting.
