East Germany, Air Force Pilot Wings, 2nd cl. Qualification Badge, circa 1960-70s.

In brass and paint, 2-part construction with the fighter jet resembling the Soviet MIG-15 superimposed on the centerpiece. Two screwback attachments to the reverse.

In very fine to excellent condition, showing only minimal pitting to the metal and a barely visible hairline to the right of the numeral II.
