Tatiana Paramonova, the young communist born in 1960, has membership dues paid only until June 1987, which raises questions but, considering that Gorbachev's perestroika had been weakening the communist party's stranglehold on the population at that time, perhaps she just quit the Party without suffering long-lasting and very negative consequences.
The ID is in outstanding, excellent condition, inside and out.
