Government Postal Cover with the First Day Cover for 1967 European Wrestling Championship and a Commemorative Postal Stamp for a Different Wrestling Tournament!.
The size is 6 ½" x 4 ½", published by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, circulation unknown. The pre-printed postal stamp and the commemorative stamp are canceled with the First Day stamp issued by the Minsk Post Office, dated with the dates of the European Wrestling Tournament, which took place in Minsk on 19-21 May 1967. Note that the triangular postal stamp commemorates a different event - the 1966 Ivan Poddubny Grand-Prix tournament which took place in Moscow. The artwork in the left pane on the obverse shows the building of the Central Post Office in Minsk, Belorussi

In excellent condition, just a tiny bit of postal black dye imprinted on the verso when the First Day cancel was applied.
