**Postcard Happy Victory Day, inscribed, 1974.**

In folder format, measures 6" x 4", unmailable without a cover. Published by the PLAKAT ("Poster") Publishing House, Moscow, circulation 1.7 million. The inscription inside contains well wishes on occasion of both the 1 May and Victory Day, a common practice in the Soviet Union for these two holidays close to one another in the calendar.

In excellent condition.
