
WW2 Soldier's Postcard Home, 30 October 1941.
The size is continental standard 6" x 4", written on a regular commercially available postcard with a preprinted postal stamp. The postcard is addressed to a residence in the town of Batumi, a city in Georgia on the Black Sea shore. The return address is a military unit stationed somewhere in Georgia as well. The message on the verso is in Georgian language.
In very good to excellent condition, showing mild wrinkles and storage wear along the edges. All the printed and handwritten text, as well as postal stamps, are quite legible with the exception of the rectangular stamp in gree
