Paper booklet measuring 3" x 4", issued by the Veterans' Council of the Separate Coastal Army. The lettering on the cover reads "Certificate for the Honorary Badge Veteran of the Separate Coastal Army. The left page inside features the b/w image of the badge. The badge shows a banner with the name of the army, and a map of Crimea with marked cities of Kerch and Sevastopol where the army fought its principal battles during WW2. The certificate is hand-signed by the council's chairman and dated 11 December 1978.
