In brass; 32.1 mm wide. The eyelet shows stamped mint mark "LMD" (Leningrad Mint).

In outstanding, excellent condition. The medal shows no wear visible to the naked eye and has only some microscopic contact marks unnoticeable without magnification. The details of the bas-relief portrait are perfect and exceptionally crisp. There are no blemished or oxidation spots; the original "gilt" mint luster is bright, practically pristine. The old, probably original ribbon is likewise perfectly preserved and clean. A superb example, practically impossible to upgrade.
