Leatherette-wrapped small folder with the KGB emblem embossed on the front cover and lined with red cloth on the inside. The artist probably meant the background to resemble a red banner but it looks like the KGB emblem floats on a river of blood. The citation states that, by decree of the Chairman of the KGB of the USSR, Nina Titova (Нина Александровна

The citation is dated 19 June 1982.
In excellent, superb condition. The back cover shows a couple of minuscule bumps to the leatherette, indenting it a little but not piercing through. Not too obvious or detractive. No other wear of any kind, inside and out.
