Measures 8" x 4 ½". The reverse, besides two labels of "Economical Tea", shows the resolution to admit Cmde. Cherny to 3rd Company, written in "chemical" pencil, and confirmation written at the opposite end in purple ink, saying "Admitted."

In excellent condition. The paper is neither wrinkled, nor frayed or brittle. All the printed and handwritten text, stamp and signatures are clear and legible. The tea labels are as crisp and fresh as the day they were printed.
