US 7 1/8 / Medium/Large). There is a factory quality control stamp to the underside of the sweat band.
The hat is in outstanding, excellent condition. It has kept its trademark early shape beautifully. The wool fabric of the crow, band and
piping is completely free of moth damage, which is very uncommon for a Soviet hat of the 1950s period. The exterior is immaculately clean,
while the liner shows only a minimal sweat staining that does not detract. The sweat band and liner show almost no wear. It is very uncommon
to find a Soviet AF hat of the early model in such a superb condition - especially in a relatively large size.
