Set of 4, 2 porcelain cups & 2 saucers, in cobalt blue (aka "Russian blue") with gold trim, by LFZ, 1960s.

The size of this set is uncommonly small. Each cup stands not even 2" tall, 3 ¼" wide at the lip, 2" at the foot. The saucers are 5" across. An ornamental gilded band runs around the lip of the cups and the rim of the saucers, accenting the deep cobalt blue background. Manufactured by Lomonosov Porcelain Factory (LFZ). Maker marked on the bottom of each cup and saucer. This version of its logo, ЛФЗ, was in use in the 1960s (fig. # 489 in Volume One of Marks on Soviet Porcelain, Faience, and Majolica, 1917-1991 by Nasonova et al).

In excellent condit

In excellent condition. The gilt on each of the 4 items is completely intact and has retained its full original luster. A couple of tiny and very thin scratches are only visible on the wall of the cups at a certain angle against bright light. A few similar barely noticeable scratches can be found in the same manner on the saucers. Again, you have to look for them to see them. One of the cups has a tiny bubble under the glaze. All of the described detriment is hardly visible and not at all detractive.

Please note that the teaspoon in our photos is for size reference.
