The inscription near the bottom reads "For Memory of Service on the Kamchatka". The reverse shows the raised trademark of a currently unknown Soviet manufacturer, a stylized Cyrillic CM ("SM"). The badge is in excellent condition having perfectly preserved lacquer and paint.
