Excellent condition. The enamel has a couple of microscopic flakes on the upper edge of the banner, completely invisible to the naked eye and not easy to find even with a 10x loupe. The enamel is otherwise perfect and retains beautiful luster. The gilt is nicely preserved.

Comes with on a period suspension device, a two-layer model in brass and steel with integral catch of the pin. The old, possibly original ribbon shows minor amount of wear along the edges but is otherwise intact, clean and attractive. Overall, a very nice example of high Soviet labor decoration earned at least in part during WW2.
