In outstanding, excellent condition. There are no chips, repairs, or any wear to enamel visible even under 10x magnification. The enamel shows beautiful luster. The gilt finish on the lettering is well preserved. There is nice light patina to the silver parts. There are only a couple of microscopic dings and scuffs to the figures of the workers and letters "CCCP", no wear visible to the naked eye.

The order comes on an original suspension device, a two- layer model in steel with integral catch of the pin. The connecting link appears to be original and its ends are joined with solder. The old, probably original ribbon is perfectly preserved and clean.
