In glossy brown leather with leather belt loops and front straps. Holds two magazines. There is a faint OTK quality control stamp on the inside of the trapezoid closure strap. The inside flap has painted inventory number "4". No factory stamp or date visible, but the pouch is undoubtedly of the pre-Patriotic War or very early wartime manufacture judging by its quality. Note the simplified construction of the peg closure. Both the rivets and peg are in magnetic steel rather than brass.
In very good to excellent condition. The leather is still supple and shows nice gloss. Shows only very minor scuffs along the edges from storage, no serious wear of any kind. The straps and hardware are intact.
