**Highest Academy of Arts (Vyschee Khudozhestvennoe Uchilische), graduate badge, circa 1970s.**

In aluminum and high quality enamels; 47.5 x 26.3 mm. Riveted 3-piece construction; the reverse has raised Leningrad Mint logo. Nice design with copper colored enamel in the center and superimposed gold Soviet state seal and an emblem of lyre, quill and paintbrush.

Excellent condition. Includes original mint marked screw plate.
