Flag of the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of the USSR, dated 1989.
In synthetic silk. Large size, approx. 5 ½' x 3 ¾ '. This flag is similar to the flag of the Chief of Staff of the Navy but with two blue stripes at the bottom instead of one. The canvas hoist sleeve shows the date and manufacturing standard code.
In outstanding, excellent condition showing only storage age. There are no tears, holes, or stains of any kind, just a couple of tiny snags that can be found only at close inspection. The colors are strong.
