The building of the Ukrainian Supreme Soviet decorates a tin for an unknown product, circa 1960s.
Tin and paint, 4 1/4" x 6 3/4", 2 3/8" deep. A total of seven different images of well known sites in the Ukrainian capitol city decorate this box. The original owner meticulously removed the advertising and virtually all of the incidental decoration from the sides of the tin, leaving only the city views and the bright silver of the tin's surface. Please note that the overall appearance of the tin (with the exception of the city views. of course) tends to be predominantly silver, gold and green - the reddish hue in
