Badge of a Participant of the 1946 All-Union Parade of Physical Culture.

Tin, plastic; 18.6 mm in diameter. In excellent condition.

A very simple design of this badge is in sharp contrast with those issued either later or prior to WW2. The 1946 Parade of Physical Culture was apparently the first event of this nature held in Moscow following the victory over Germany. The country was steel reeling from the effects of the war - as evident from the quality of the badge.
