Luftwaffe parachute harness, backpack type as used by FW190 fighter pilots and other aircrew.

Pack was possibly used in a combat bail-out as it was located by us in the UK and is minus silk, bungee cords and ripcord. Otherwise complete.

Pack unit is padded with foam rubber to give the proper appearance (light weight is ideal for mannequin display). Condition very good to excellent, clean showing normal cockpit wear. No repairs. Nicely marked buckle unit with FL#, pack markings have faded to illegibility.

A pack like this is a very scarce piece of Luftwaffe aircrew kit that will display extremely well on an appropriately uniformed mannequin.
