German silver, enamels; measures 58.5 mm tall x 55.9 mm wide; weighs 56.1 g. Features a flat reverse, vertical pin, and stamped serial number. The housing for the pin is of medium width.

The serial number has been partly erased, obviously to conceal the identity of the original owner; nevertheless, most of its digits are still legible (the first three appear to be "414"). Beside the erased number, the order is in excellent condition. The enamel has a couple of small contact marks but no chips, significant flakes or excessive rubbing and retains a nice luster. The gold and silver finishes are very well- preserved.
