All printed text and handwritten entries are both in Russian and Ukrainian languages.
Born in 1963, Zaslavskiy was supposed to join Komsomol at the age of 14, i.e. in 1977, but was delayed by three years for some reason. Looking at his membership dues pages, he was admitted to a college in September 1980 and had good enough grades to warrant the 40-ruble stipend. What happened to him in September 1984 (most Soviet colleges had 5 years of undergrad education before you could graduate) and how to explain his almost-nonexistent salary afterward is anybody's guess.
The ID is in excellent condition inside and out.
