The color plate is in excellent condition. No damage to the paper of the print whatsoever except for a couple of really tiny scuffs along the right and bottom edges blending with the imagery and hardly noticeable. The backing cardboard is in very good condition showing just barely visible corner bumps and traces of old creases top and bottom of the frame which have long since flattened out. A thin line of discoloration caused by exposure to light runs along the right half of the bottom edge. None of the described detriment attracts attention or detracts from the overall excellent look of the color plate.

Mikhail Semenovich Rodionov (1885 - 1956) was a Russian and Soviet artist and illustrator, renowned mostly as a master of lithography and drawing, although he worked with paints as well, including murals.
