DOMESTIC U.S.A. SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES AND INFORMATION.
Our Shipping and Handling fee is only $8.00 on any orders within continental USA, regardless of weight and actual postage. The $8.00 flat rate requires a STREET DELIVERY ADDRESS in 48 states, for insured UPS ground delivery. Standard UPS Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and addresses such as PO Boxes, APO AE etc.
Optional insured US Mail delivery is available to all US residents, but will require additional postage, especially for any heavy and bulky items. We try our best to ship within 1-2 business days after your payment clears.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR U.S.A. ORDERS
Please use our online shopping cart to reserve your item/s. You will recieve confirmation and further payment instructions.
There is a $50 minimum on Credit Card purchases, other restrictions may apply. Credit Card Orders Must be processed through the shopping cart. We will not process them over the phone.
You can also pay with a credit card through PayPal (no minimum) - please contact https://www.paypal.com/ for instructions and use email address Igor@CollectRussia.com to locate our registered account. Confirmed billing address is required on all PayPal orders. PayPal orders will be shipped only to the confirmed address.

FOREIGN SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES AND INFORMATION
Our Minimum Shipping and Handling fee on ANY shipments outside USA is $40.00. Foreign orders containing heavy or bulky items such as uniforms, helmets or books may require additional postage.
Please place your order online to receive a quote.
All foreign orders will be shipped by International Priority Mail (via US Postal Service), usually delivered in less than 2 weeks. For different shipping options e.g. FedEx, UPS Next Day, Express Mail or USPS Global Express please place your order online using our shopping cart, and follow up by email or phone call requesting a quote on a specific option.
There are no export duties, taxes or additional fees of any kind. However, you might be responsible for customs duty, since we send packages fully insured, with declared value and customs declaration.

We do not accept direct credit card payments from abroad. We accept PayPal from United Kingdom and Canada (confirmed street address is required, other restrictions may apply). We cannot accept PayPal payments from any other foreign countries. We accept Western Union transfers. If you decide to use this payment method, please contact us for additional payment information via email at Sales@CollectRussia.com after placing your order online.
As an alternative, we do accept wire transfers to our bank account. However, because of bank charges at our end and additional handling involved, additional fee of $45.00 per transfer will apply regardless of the amount sent. If you decide to use this payment method, please contact us for our bank details via email after placing your order online.
