The right-side page is the actual certificate. Its wording is an excellent example of the level of totalitarian control of the Soviet government over the population. It states that the title of Shock Worker of Communist Labor is awarded for high results in socialist competition at work, active participation in the social activities of the workplace, exemplary behavior at work and at home.

In very good to excellent condition. The cover is near pristine, showing just tiny scuffs at the head and foot of the spine. The internal pages show what looks like water stains along all four edges, however, they could be caused by poor quality glue.
