In excellent, near mint condition. The medallion is completely free of wear visible even under a 10x magnification. The raised details are perfect and exceptionally crisp on both sides. The "gilt" mint luster is pristine and exceptionally bright throughout, free of tarnish or oxidation spots. Comes on a Soviet-era aluminum suspension with perfectly preserved clean old ribbon. The connecting link appears to be original; its ends are still joined with sold
