Postcard for Estonian Elections to the USSR Supreme Soviet, 1946.
The size is continental standard 6" x 4", postally unused and possibly not meant to be mailed. Published by the OKTOBER Publishing House, Tallinn, circulation 30,000. The obverse features the 10 February 1946 calendar page, inscribed in Estonian language in red "NSVL Ulemnoukogu valimiste paev" ("Election Day of the USSR Supreme Soviet"). It appears that this postcard was possibly meant as a collectible item because of the five rare postal stamps affixed to the obverse, showing some of the highest military and civilian decorations

In excellent condition, showing minor corner bumps and a crease to the lower right-hand corner, not too obvious on the obverse. The verso is slightly age-toned and clean.
