Measures 40" x 24".Features red field with two white stars, and a regular naval ensign in the upper left corner. The canvas hoist sleeve has stamped GOST-73 manufacturing code and a 1979 date of manufacture.

In very good condition. The flag is immaculately clean and its colors are strong. There are some small moth holes and nips, mostly to the beige field near the star, but none of them are very noticeable or detractive. There are no active moth problems.
